An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Centre Manager to join their team and be based on site at a shopping centre SOR that is currently undergoing redevelopment.
Responsibilities will include:
Directly liaise with the owner regarding management, marketing, leasing and operational activities.
Preparing and implementing the centre's annual income and expenditure budget, business plan, marketing plan and monthly reports.
