THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Working with multiple stakeholders within agencies and market to ensure successful campaign delivery and client outcomes in APEX self-serve and monitored IO digital campaigns.

As a valued member of the team, the digital performance manager will work with the programmatic director and account managers to deliver and plan effective biddable campaigns.

KEY OUTPUTS

SELF SERVICE

· Deliver RTB buying strategies, optimization and strong reporting insights across APEX trading clients

· Generate finest outcomes for our clients bringing best practice and new innovative ideas to get to the goal

· Identify and effectively communicate the APEX trading desk proposition, tech, process and partnerships as they relay to the grown of current clients

MANAGED SERVICE

· Ensure briefs are clear and details from agency partners and effectively brief appropriate partners

· Own the digital media strategic and tactical recommendation outputs

· Generate the finest outcomes for clients delivering on APEX KPIs and business goals for the group 

CLIENT SERVICING/ MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS 

· Build relationships with key agency teams, you need to be a trusted partner

· Work with agencies to help provide brief acknowledgements for their clients assisting through the planning and buying process

· Build new media proposals, effectively communicating media strategies and rationale

· Assess the digital media landscape, building strong relationships with programmatic partners and tech to effectively communicate this to stakeholders

COMMERCIAL/ FINANCE

· Deliver on APEX targets via products and solutions to clients

· Assist GDD/PD with monthly reconciliations and owning the finance process as well as campaign forecasts in salesforce

· Ensure agencies remain compliance with paperwork and loading

OPERATIONAL

· For self-serve – ensure tight streamlined process is implemented for programmatic excellence including recommendations, monitoring and optimization

· For managed – follow streamlined process for briefing/proposals/ invoicing & billing

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

•        Min 3 years' experience in programmatic media trading

•        Preferred client facing experience

•        Strong knowledge and working knowledge of Australian media and programmatic landscape

•        Experience across DSPs: DV360, TTD, Yahoo

•        Preferred experience in DOOH and Audio programmatic media buying

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all commercial matters related to your assigned client base.
• Ensure all whitespace, re-signs, risks, and outputs of the technology roadmaps are captured and maintained as Opportunities within the CRM.

• Look after the ongoing retention of customers by negotiating contract resigns prior to their current contracts expiring.

The Commercial Products team manages a fleet of custom-built and off the shelf systems that perform critical functions for our Sales Operations, Traffic, Finance and Presentation teams, which make it possible for us to sell and traffic ads. In other words, our systems manage all revenue associated with broadcast today and progressively into digital.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Platform Manager with a strong focus on industry cloud solutions to lead and manage our Salesforce platform initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across the organization, leveraging Salesforce's industry-specific clouds. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, in-depth knowledge of industry cloud offerings, people leadership and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Role responsibilities:

• Architecture owner for the Salesforce platform ensuring designs, security and technical requirements are met in a best practice manner. Work with engineering leadership to identify opportunities to improve practices and processes around engineering and delivery, and assist with the implementation and upkeep of these practices
• Help develop and maintain a strategy to deliver on business goals via system improvements and new functionality
• Lead and grow a team of engineers, working in ways that align with Nine’s values
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the teams change, builds and deployment approaches
• Participate in and, when required, facilitate team ceremonies.

This position reports to: Manager, Major Incident Management

The Major Incident Manager is a key driver for managing the resolution of technical problems with serious consequences to ServiceNow or our customers. This responsibility includes collaborating and partnering with the entire organization to drive action and foster growth. As a member of the Global Technical Support team, the Major Incident Manager is both technically competent and business oriented. The Major Incident Manager must able to work outside of normal business hours (weekend shifts, holidays, & evenings) as needed. At all times the Major Incident Manager will ensure:

• Drive incidents to resolution and ensure accurate and timely customer and executive level communications.
• Ensure the correct resources are working on the resolution of major incidents appropriate to the severity and identify when escalation is required and trigger such escalation accordingly
• Ensure that incident management processes are followed and that incident post mortems are completed to capture process deviations and areas for improvements

• Coordinate with peer managers worldwide on resources, issues and schedules
• Manage and report ongoing CritSit metrics
• Support accurate and consistent maintenance of technical and management escalation processes
• Create and maintain recovery playbooks for commonly occurring customer patterns and issues
• Primary lead for Technical Support during customer outages
• Ownership and execution of the active critical incident management process, including:
  • Event analysis, applying the ITIL framework for severity and impact
  • Facilitate the resolution effort and determine when it is necessary to engage additional resources if the resolution effort is stalled during the call with stakeholders
  • Engagement of escalation management resources
  • Manage customer and internal communications at an executive level
  • Timeline documentation and review
• Manage event communications:
• Establish and manage bridge calls with engineers and customers on single customer outage
• Crafts business appropriate communications for the affected operating groups and manages communication on a critical incident conference call
• Post event program management
  • Conduct post-event analysis, leveraging the ITIL problem management process and relationships with engineering to assure that issues to prevent further occurrences
  • Incident Resolution handoffs along with detailed notes and a summary of the business impact and duration to the Problem Management team
•  Perform other duties and projects as assigned
