Are you ready to take the next step in your Real Estate career? Your new company Hays has partnered with one of Sydney's biggest Real Estate Agents to find a Property Manager to join their Western Sydney Property Team. This Real Estate Agency is a market leader in many sectors and drives to provide the best service for their customers. Your new role In this role, a successful candidate will be responsible for managing all client and tenant relationships and provide top-level customer service. Some responsibilities will include:

Assist, check and approve Tenancy Applications
Assist with the execution of the Tenancy Agreements and associated documentation
Prepare advertisements for available rental properties - existing management
Deal with enquiries from prospective tenants and show available rental properties
Maintain regular, close contact with current clients - Out of Blue calls
Organise repairs and maintenance for managed properties
Conduct regular quarterly periodic inspections with photos of managed properties
Deal with all emails and correspondence in relation to the portfolio of properties managed
Ensure that all correspondence is filed and scanned correctly into Property Management systems
Organise the preparation of rental arrears
Take appropriate action against tenants in arrears in a timely manner
Prepare, lodge and present applications to the Residential Tribunal
Authorise payment of client's outgoings
Pre-empt any issues with Landlord statements prior to disbursement of funds
Carry out regular rent & lease reviews in accordance with client's requirements
Conduct pre-vacating inspections of properties becoming vacant
Carry out detailed outgoing property condition reports complete with photos
Prepare claims for rental bonds

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will ideally have 3 years experience in a similar role. We are looking for a highly organised people-person with strong written and verbal communication skills, expert negotiation and dispute management skills. You will also need a current Certificate of Registration and meet current CDP requirements with a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, Anti-Discrimination Act and the Privacy Act. You will also need a current NSW Driving Licence and full comprehensive car insurance. What you'll get in return If you are successful in this role, you will earn between $80,000 to $100,000 + Super depending on experience.
