The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for the fastest growing division of KBR globally you will be key to continuing that growth. Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, ideally at a mid-to-senior level

• Strong experience with HRIS, ATS and talent acquisition tools with a focus on data integrity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as is attention to detail

About the role

What you’ll do

You'll start as a solo marketeer, connecting with customers directly via a variety of different communication channels to highlight and demonstrate the benefits of Twinkl's Australia literature and library-specific resources. You'll be moving into this position as a team of one with the support of many, so you’ll need to take a rapid iterative approach, employing different marketing and business development techniques to get the message out to customers. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The Digital Activation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, of digital media campaigns, across one of Australia’s most well-known brands. You will have the ability to grow your career quickly with this innovative and powerhouse brand – working on campaigns that delve into all facets of the digital landscape. • Integrate the acquisition to comply with JCI accounting policies and procedures, including day-to-day finance processes, revenue recognition on project and services accounting, establishing the new financial delegation of authorities, segregation of duties, and reconciliations.

• Responsible for annual Plan and rolling forecast. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and ensures delivery of accurate and timely forecasts.

• Establish and oversee processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.

• Partner with business to provide in-depth, accurate and timely analysis to support the decision making. Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve. Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency. Manage and closely monitor the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital.

• Assess business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. Ensure risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility. Identify and communicate commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions.

• Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.

• Develop the finance integration plan with the business and other JCI functions.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and / or Accounting.

• Recognized professional accountancy qualification (CA, CPA) is required.

• M&A experience.

• 8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting and auditing related areas with a focus on business analytics and solid accounting / financial experience.

• 5+ years of solid team management experience.

• Strong strategical-thinking skill, decisive and logical.

• Advanced Excel and data management skills are required.

• Knowledge of the Pronto ERP is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of OneStream (similar Hyperion/HFM) is highly desirable.

• Project management skill is desirable.

About the Role (your why)

As the IT Service Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customers’ continuity requirements and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Services

In this role, you will ensure the delivery of value to our customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer delivery of ITSCM Services, with the goal of Disaster Recovery readiness aligned with the customers’ Service Continuity Plans

At the moment, asan IT Service Continuity Manager, you will be focused on:

• Leading the Disaster Recovery team in assessing, developing, coordinating and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans

• Identifying recovery requirements for new applications and systems. Managing implementation of recovery and availability techniques and technologies and reviewing periodically for ongoing validity

As Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager, you’ll manage and oversee our Government Customers vulnerability management program and tools.

What you’ll bring  

You’ll have previous experience: 

• Working for a government customer or in a highly regulated industry

• Defining and implementing policies and standard operating procedures for cyber security programs.  
• Experience monitoring the performance of operations team’s productivity and contractual compliance, i.e., SLA achievement, aged ticket management, change management, etc. 
• A customer centric approach, ensuring consistency in delivery of service.  
• An understanding of Cybersecurity in an Operational or Professional Services environment. 
• A background and knowledge of service delivery methodologies including ITIL and Project Management discipline would be advantageous.  

Along with the following: 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years of experience in vulnerability management 
• A security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent  
• Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and threats, such as the OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25, etc 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills  
• Proficient use of vulnerability scanning and assessment tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid 7  
• Be familiar with vulnerability management frameworks and best practices such as NIST, OWASP, CVSS, etc 
• The ability to work independently, and as part of a team; and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
