The team

The Capacity Management team at ServiceNow drives resource availability to support our private and public cloud infrastructure.  We own the hardware lifecycle through deployment, forecasting, run-state resource management, and hardware retirement for the ServiceNow.

The role 

Your role as a Strategic Capacity Engineer is tasked with reviewing the overall health of our top accounts with the ability to articulate the infrastructure resources required.  This includes current and future hardware requirements, consumption analysis, compliance reviews, and a holistic review of our farm as it pertains to storage and performance.  This role requires a partnership with Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, Senior Directors, and executive leadership providing analysis, utilization, and summarization of accounts and infrastructure.

• Conceptualize and assist engineering solutions that automate tasks and processes pertaining to public cloud.

• Identify technical debt and provide guidance across teams.

Day to day you will: 

• Execute and optimise marketing campaigns across the audience lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention, win-back).

• Utilise our Customer Data Platform and marketing technology for audience segmentation and multi-channel campaigns (email, mobile push, in-app, digital ads).

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to help ideate campaign creative and content that is fit for purpose across channels and target audiences.

• Manage the implementation and optimisation of communications,  digital, performance, and social marketing activity.

• Apply a test, measure and learn approach to initiatives across all channels

• Analyse performance by segment and channel, identifying key opportunities to drive audience retention

• Compile and share campaign results, insights, recommendations, competitor intel and best practice examples with the marketing team and stakeholders.

• Assist with troubleshooting and escalating MarTech platform technical issues

• Develop a deep understanding of our brands, content verticals and audience behaviour

What You’ll Do 

The Senior Analytics Lead reports into the Senior Manager, Business Operations and Enablement with one direct report and working cross functionally with Roadside business leaders to drive data-lead decision making. This role is integral to analysing and providing data insights across a wide range of data types, forming conclusions, and storytelling to outline complex business problems.
