Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager of this commercial real estate group, this is a senior property finance role with a leading player in the commercial real estate space.
Leading a small team team of Property Accountants, you are responsible for financial and commercial deliverables for a portfolio of assets.
You will also drive delivery of analysis for the portfolio, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Your team's input and analysis will directly impact commercial decisions made at an asset level and will ultimately contribute to the strategic direction of the wider organisation.
Whilst leading and managing the team, you'll play a crucial role in managing relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including exec level.
