What You’ll Do
The Senior Analytics Lead reports into the Senior Manager, Business Operations and Enablement with one direct report and working cross functionally with Roadside business leaders to drive data-lead decision making. This role is integral to analysing and providing data insights across a wide range of data types, forming conclusions, and storytelling to outline complex business problems.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in being able to take data and translate it to actionable insights
- Experience in finding out the ‘why’ behind what people ask for
- Ability to lead analytics streams within major programs
- Experience in partnering closely with business areas to understand what’s important to them to think one step ahead
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to connect the dots between functions
- Experience in developing junior team members
- Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work with operational, commercial and customer data
- Experience with Tableau, GCP/Big Query, Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools
- Proficient in think-cell
