ArchiPro's Media Sales and Partnerships Manager is an essential pillar of our growth and client acquisition strategy, operating within a dynamic and multifaceted industry. Reporting directly to the GM, the Media Sales and Partnerships Manager will occupy a pivotal role in identifying and securing new clients for ArchiPro. As a visionary strategist, you will devise and implement innovative client acquisition strategies that not only draw in new business but also integrate seamlessly with our broader market objectives.

In this high-impact position, you will serve as a critical link between potential market opportunities and actual client engagement. Collaborating closely with marketing, advertising and client service teams, you will leverage insights into market trends and client feedback to refine outreach efforts and enhance the client onboarding process. This concerted effort will maximize client satisfaction, ensure successful integration into our platform, and increase long-term engagement and retention.

Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, including brands and retailers, tailored to their specific business models and market segments.
• Lead the negotiation and closure of deals with new suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration into the ArchiPro platform.
• Establish strong, ongoing relationships with new suppliers, serving as a reliable advisor and ensuring they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
• Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with ArchiPro's values and vision. Focus on expanding our network with high-quality partners in key categories.
• Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage potential suppliers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase the benefits of joining the ArchiPro platform.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential suppliers, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Position ArchiPro as the go-to platform for reaching a highly targeted and engaged audience.

Join our Childcare & Education vertical as Customer Success Coordinator in Melbourne to make a real impact every day. You will help our customers become successful through the use of our platform, ensuring retention and customer happiness. The Coordinator role provides support to the wider team by assigning tickets, and answering customer enquiries. Some of the other responsibilities include:

• You'll be a proactive member of your team advocating customer needs internally, owning their challenges and working on ways to prevent them from recurring
• You'll be supporting customers across the Office platform
• You'll provide the initial response to tickets and assign incoming tickets to the team depending on the level of complexity and issue
• You'll respond to enquiries via phone, chat and email and work to ensure every enquiry is answered in accordance with our SLAs
• You'll handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion
• You'll maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
