Our client is a specialist advisory, change, and restructuring consulting firm trusted by industry-leading organisations to devise and implement pragmatic solutions for complex business issues.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to be based in their Melbourne office. You will be responsible for providing high standard support to three partners within the firm.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;


Manage diary and email of three Partners.
Use of Outlook Management and CRM to update contacts, make calendar appointments, send meeting requests, archive emails, track business development and marketing initiatives.
Provide support across business development initiatives on behalf of Partners.
High-level technical support e.g. typing and formatting reports, presentations, emails, memos, letters file notes, agendas, and minutes.
Domestic and international travel co-ordination for the partners and their team.
Utilise SAP to raise bills, enter invoices, follow up
