About The Role
We created the BizOps team at Open to assist in defining and driving, operational and organisational improvements across Open. It operates like an internal consulting group that works on a range of critical projects and issues and sees them through to implementation.

We're currently tendering for additional work to undertake Residential Aged Care assessments of residents in aged care facilities on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

The work will involve you leading a team of experienced aged care professionals who will be visiting aged care facilities to assess residents using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment funding tool. As a Payroll Manager at Retinue, you will be leading and growing a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. Leveraging your extensive experience in payroll processing, you will support our team to ensure that our clients' payroll operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with tax legislation.

Our Payroll team are not responsible for calculating employee hours, rates of pay or entitlements, which we consider to be employment relations work and outside the scope of our payroll processing service. • Leadership of our payroll team, ensuring that payroll processing for our clients is completed on time, is accurate, and hassle-free.

About the Role:

About the role
The Security and Compliance Manager will have a “hands-on” role, governing the operations of the Security Operations Team, performing daily tasks and maintenance to security related systems, as necessary.  You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing activities for the Security Operations Team. The Purpose:
