What you’ll do 

The Head of Sales will report directly to the General Manager of i-Motor and will be primarily responsible for managing the National sales team for Websites, Digital Marketing and Test Drive - Loan - Valuation software. 

• Develop and support solutions that deliver the further enhancement of the i-Motor brand presence in Australia, which will be achieved by developing, building and strengthening key Dealer & Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) relationships 
• Share expertise in competitive and consumer market trends, ensuring i-Motor remains ahead as the frontrunner in innovation and technology 
• Drive growth by enhancing market share for the overall business by leveraging industry knowledge to be a trusted advisor and partner to customers. 
• Collaborate and connect with cross functional teams internally including other Heads of department across global markets and members of the senior leadership team, ensuring the overall departments alignment with company strategy and market trends 
• Lead the development and submission of comprehensive responses to RFPs and RFQs, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, gathering necessary information, and ensuring all client requirements are met while adhering to tight deadlines
• Critical to success will be strong strategic capabilities coupled with superior business acumen and a customer focused approach to understand the market and anticipate future needs 

Working with an impressive and iconic group of customers, the Account Managers primary objective is to develop and realise sustainable sales opportunities, continuously finding new ways to diversify the customer base and nurture key accounts in a strategic and collaborative way that embeds and harnesses value and loyalty to both the customer and the business. 

Your tenacious and hands on approach will help in identifying and winning up-sell and cross selling opportunities as well as building the strategic sales pipeline. You will also take the lead on pricing, maximising opportunities for new product development and ways of using the current expertise to differentiate us from the competition.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Proactively identify and lead the conversion of strategic business development and commercial opportunities
• Deliver on key business and sales targets, ensuring business and customer activity is captured in a timely manner
• Deliver business reporting in accordance with company requirements
• Proactively work with Operations, Customer service and broader sales teams to ensure on-time customer service needs are met or exceeded

With a demonstratable track record in sales account management you will display sound understanding of bottom-line profitability and proven ability to devise and implement strategies that maximize sales opportunities in competitive market

You will also have:

• Personal presence and credibility that builds stakeholder engagement.
• Relationship and account Management experience gained in the packaging industry
• Current and valid Drivers License
• Computer Proficiency – MS Office suite and SAP (desirable)
• Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions through value-add sales process

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

We are looking for a motivated and inspired Assistant Site Manager to support our Dutton One operations across our South Australia dealership sites. This role will involve providing leadership in sales, customer service, and quality control to maximise financial results. Reporting to the Site Manager for South Australia, you will have the opportunity to step up and make your mark with one of Australia's leading dealerships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the sites have the support required to fulfill their duties, including the creation of standard operating procedures.
• Supporting site teams with on-the-job training to ensure the sales processes are being actioned.
• Overseeing regular morning meetings with the sales teams.
• Helping with the business morale and motivation.
• Create the standard for the professional expectations.
• Hands-on approach to the sales team, assisting with controlling deals and negotiations.
• Ensure strong relationships between the Dutton Financial Services team and Sales group for finance integration and warranty processes.
• Liaising with buying teams about the pricing of the stock for advertising.
• Ensure speed of advertising for fresh stock whilst maintaining standards and photography is of high quality.
• Enforcing the delivery process and customer experience.
• After delivery service.
• Assisting with admin/site managers to ensure all deal packs and costs are completed correctly.
• Running reports to analyse the business performance.
• Manage all customer complaints, including any fair trading and/or tribunal matters.
• Liaising with the wider Dutton group to assist with interstate deliveries.
• Achievement of KPI expectations
• Assist and support the sales teams to reach their targets.
• Manage Google Reviews.
• Support and always encourage a safe and healthy workplace culture at all sites.

• An understanding of the mobile advertising market, Programmatic space, DSP's and Agency Trading Desks
• Confidence in understanding and explaining a base level of technical information to non-technical people
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
