The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a pivotal role within our Workplace Management Services Team on site with our client partner. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Enterprise Account Manager who has a knack in building deep customer relationships and driving incremental business in existing Freshworks customers by delivering value.  They should have a consultative sales approach, a successful track record growing and on-boarding clients with polished presentation skills. This individual will provide the best sales experience possible for our customers.

She / He should be prepared to develop and execute  against an account plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets and have a strong can-do  attitude in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical  expertise along with engagement skills from a CXO level to technical and operations staff.  The Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast paced dynamic environments with good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll become the resident expert on the Freshworks platform and will expand our cloud-based software usage in existing customers
• Drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell to meet or exceed revenue targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. IT Services Support

• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLA) – identify and prevent SLA breaches before they occur.

3. Technical Lead

• Minimum 7 years IT industry experience
• Minimum 3 years MSP / Cloud Provider experience
• Technical experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, Windows Server (ie. DNS and DHCP), Intune and Azure Services for Device Management, and network & firewalls.
• Security focussed mindset with Endpoint protection experience (Sophos, CrowdStrike etc.)
• Experience with ITSM Tools
• Incident Management and Problem Management experience
• Process driven and strong organisational skills.
• Industry certifications. E.g. AZ-104, MS-100, MS-500 or similar

Whilst not essential, the following would be beneficial:

• Experience with Mimecast, Veeam B&R and VMWare vSphere
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certified

The Purpose:
As Product Management Lead you will be responsible for the strategy, management and optimisation of certain products and services within the Business Payments product portfolio, with a specific focus on BPAY, PayID and the development of a new Confirmation of Payee service. • Robust experience in product management/product strategy/ stakeholder management roles within the payments industry  
• Specific payments knowledge and experience including technical understanding, and ideally encompassing corporate and B2B payments. Knowledge of bank receivables products would be an advantage   
• Experience in analysing product/marketing data and customer insights  
• Demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting product, market and financial information including ability to understand commercial and pricing models, and make fact-based decisions 
• Excellent team collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key external stakeholders

The SIAM Lead will have:

About the role

Join us as the Service Desk Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the operations of GP AU/NZ corporate staff systems and services. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring our staff have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The Role

The Lead Power Systems Engineer will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of energy infrastructure. This includes modelling and performance assessment of renewable energy zones, onshore and offshore wind farms, solar farms, battery energy storage systems and synchronous condensers, network planning for transmission and distribution systems, commercial research and development activities, and providing technical advice to a wide range of national and international stakeholders including network owners, system operators, developers, original equipment manufacturers, governments and regulatory and financial institutions.

What Will You Do?

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems Engineers to deliver superior project outcomes for clients
• Undertake power systems studies, including grid-connection, network planning, system strength impact assessment and research and development.
• Develop wide-area network and individual equipment models in a range of simulation tools and in particular PSS®E and PSCAD/EMTDC
• Perform harmonic assessment and harmonic filter design studies
• Conduct control system tuning of inverter-based resources including both the grid-forming and grid-following inverters.
• Prepare grid connection application documents and technical reports
• Interface with a wide range of clients and other industry organisations, including developers, original equipment manufacturers, network services providers, AEMO and international clients.
• Undertake generator performance standards compliance testing, model validation (R2) testing, and generator registration with AEMO, including liaising with site-based personnel during onsite commissioning.
• Develop technical solutions to complex network and connection issues.
• Provide project management and support across a range of projects.
• Advise our clients on the planning, design and optimisation of current and future networks, power generation including storage, and control system solutions for transmission and distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards, to maintain a high-quality outcome.

What We Are Looking For
 

• You will be degree qualified in Electrical Engineering at a minimum with any relevant additional post-graduate study highly regarded
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering and of power systems theory relating to electricity transmission, distribution and generation and associated control and protection principles will be required for this role.
• Experience in power system modelling tools in particular with PSCAD and PSS/E will support your success in this role.
• Site and practical experience in a relevant area are also a plus for this role as is experience in power system model development, coding, scripting and automation, and experience in dynamic modelling using PowerFactory.

About the Role
