As a Mental Health Trainee & Graduate Lead, you will support, manage and coordinate Trainees and Graduates, integrating them into the Mental Health Programs at EACH.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively within the program services & with key stakeholders to coordinate Trainee placement(s).
- Providing line supervision to trainees and supporting their possible transition to employment within EACH mental health services post traineeship.
- Working in collaboration with the various program managers and educational institutions to ensure trainees meet their learning goals and educational obligations.
- Providing individual and group reflective supervision to trainees.
- Participating in and contributing to program planning and reporting.
- Developing individual learning and experience plans with Trainees/Graduates and Mental Health Programs.
