Main duties
• Supervise, support and nurture the children in our care,
• Ensure the environment is safe, interesting and appealing to children,
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to the Nominated Supervisor/ Service Manager in all areas of administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training, and any other areas as the need arises,
• Support the successful implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan and the National Quality Standard,
• Ensure the Nominated Supervisor/ Service Manager is informed of any problem arising which would affect the children or the smooth running of the service,
• Any other duties, within the scope of the position, as specified by the Nominated Supervisor/ Service Manager,
• Support the Service’s programming promoting commitment to continual improvement to the quality of care provided within each room,
• Follow housekeeping practices, which ensure that equipment is maintained at an optimal level, and the Service is kept clean and tidy,
• Assist in the completion of the daily, weekly and monthly duties (cleaning, maintenance etc.) to ensure a safe, clean and hygienic environment that is welcoming to all,
• Always act within the guidelines set out in the Code of Ethics (Early Childhood Australia Inc.), and
• Facilitate the successful implementation of the Quality Improvement and Rating and Assessment.

This role is a field sales position within our growing Australia and New Zealand team that will help drive the expansion of Visa Value Added Services business. This role is responsible for targeting retailers, acquirers, and service providers as well as other companies accepting payments to add them to our growing digital products portfolio. The Sales Director will work closely with other Visa teams to offer visa products for checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security, and other digital solutions to the Australian and New Zealand market. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong payment technical skills that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision.
