Professor and Discipline Lead, Nursing

Selection Criteria:
To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
• A doctoral qualification in Nursing, extensive academic leadership experience, and registration as a Nurse through AHPRA.
• A distinguished track record of research excellence, including active engagement in high-quality research, impactful publications, and successful supervision of Higher Degree by Research candidates.
• Exemplary teaching practice and leadership, evidenced by student engagement, innovative curriculum development, and formal recognition for teaching excellence.
• Strong leadership qualities that contribute to a positive academic environment and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Success in academic administrative functions and the ability to cultivate productive partnerships at regional, national, and international levels.
Desirable:
• Formal recognition for excellence in learning and teaching and/or research.
