The National Product, Processing & Solutions Hub is BlueScope Distribution’s new capability.  It enables us to provide our customers with a unique domestically co-coordinated supply chain solution for the delivery of large-scale projects nation-wide.

Working with the Hub team, you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries and will support our customers' projects with your coordination skills to ensure products are delivered to meet our customer's expectations.

What Will You Do?

As a key member of our team at the Hub, you will:

• prepare and follow up customer enquiries, deliveries and product supply levels
• provide overall project coordination and tracking support for our customer’s projects
• proactively provide timely and accurate project updates to customers
• resolve customer service issues effectively to achieve the best outcome for the customer with the least amount of impact to our business
• work closely with the sales, operations and supply chain teams regarding customer supply and solutions
• provide internal support and regular feedback to the sales team regarding market, customer and competitor information to assist the team to maintain our competitive market position

Our global pharmaceutical client is based at Macquarie Park in Sydney's North -West 13KM from the CBD.  They are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join the Sodexo on site team.  In this role you will be the face of our business taking ownership of our office operations in a small team of four highly skilled and valued professionals.

This is a Fast paced, multi-faceted role in a passionate team offering daily opportunity to engage with broad range of stakeholders. A significant part of the role includes ensuring our services including reception, call management, meeting room management, security, administration and building services are managed to industry leading standards.  This role is 38hr per week with a rotating roster - Mon 8.00am to 3.00pm - Tues/Wed/ Thurs 8.00am to 5.00pm & Fri 8.00am to 3.00pm.  

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your day-to-day tasks will be varied and will cover a range of tasks such as covering front of house, facilities management onsite support, health and safety and most importantly providing an exceptional level of service to our staff and clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing 5-star service to our clients though managing our switchboard and welcoming visitors into the office
• Ensuring exceptional front desk workplace facilities services 
• Assist with all aspects of facilities management relevant to the office premises i.e. site walks, EHS Safety reporting, maintenance reporting
• Be a trained First Aider and/or Fire Warden for the tenancy
• Support with Invoicing, Purchase Order creation  (training provided)
• Supporting all other administrative functions relevant to the role
• Consistently looking at process and service improvement, growth mindset
• Assisting with internal marketing and events, front of house meeting & meeting room management (large team bookings and events).
• Your role will also require creativity and innovation to identify opportunities to improve employee experience and implementing new activities, initiatives and events.

What does a HLC do? 

• Facilitating group stretching sessions, motivating employees, as well as individual health management and wellness counselling.  

• Develop and coordinate sporting and social events, group exercise sessions (i.e. walking groups and circuit classes), wellness and health promotion programs, and physical rehabilitation programs for injured employees.  

• Responsible for the design and delivery of injury prevention programs and initiatives. 

What does it take to work as HLC? 

To be successful you will need:

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (nationally recognized)
• Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions 
• National Accreditation as a qualified fitness instructor (e.g. Fitness Australia)
• CPR and Apply First Aid certification
• Current Manual Driver’s Licence (Class C) are required
• Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights  
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check 

• Ability to work 14days on and 7days off for 11hours per day 

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (nationally recognized)

• Develop, manage and implement property marketing campaigns for assets taken to market or off-market. Project manage the marketing preparation process and execute and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.
• Prepare high quality information memorandums, submissions and other relevant marketing documents in InDesign, Illustrator and other marketing platforms/programs.
• Manage the marketing operations of the team which includes, but is not limited to CRM database, monthly metrics reporting requested by the National Marketing Manager, marketing compliance, internal communications, improving quality and maintaining collateral and content, etc.
• Position the team within the market by collaborating with the National Marketing Manager to deliver on the overall strategy of the National business where relevant to the team. I.e. through value-adding client events, thought leadership, campaigns and social and traditional media.
