Requirements

Relevant qualifications in cookery or hospitality and tourism

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef

Must know how and have at least 3 years’ experience in grilling over open fire

At least 3 years’ experience of cooking using open-flame grill

Must have at least 3 years’ experience making pizza base from scratch

Experience and knowledge in modern Australian pub cuisine is essential

Must have experience with menu planning and new dish planning

Passion for great food and presentation
