Benefits Great working environment Competitive pay, from $74000 to $76000 per year plus super - depends on your experience Opportunities for career growth Supportive work environment Task & Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations Create new menu items and recipes in consultation with manager/owner Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Preparing and cooking various food items Prepare daily production list Estimating food costs, ordering food supplies, receiving, and checking stock to ensure suitable for use. Guiding and giving directions to other kitchen staff Ensure all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the business specifications and commitment to quality. Ensure that all stations remain stocked before and during the working period. Verify other staff follow all recipes and portion servings correctly Ensuring proper sanitization of working stations, storage area, and entire kitchen area.
