Plan and prepare high-quality meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Develop and execute menus that align with our luxury adventure experience.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment.
A culinary qualification is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines and contemporary cooking techniques.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
This is a full-time position based in Broome, WA, with a salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, depending on skills and experience.
