• Menu Innovation and Cost Management: Craft and refine menus reflecting our traditional offerings while managing food and labour costs. Strategize on food supply orders to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
• Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of dish preparation from inception to presentation, ensuring each plate embodies perfection.
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with management and staff to enhance food preparation strategies and kitchen operations. Share knowledge with the team, offering guidance on cooking techniques and procedures.
• Training and Development: Lead by example, providing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to grow and excel in their culinary roles.
• Safety and Hygiene Oversight: Champion and educate the team on the importance of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a pristine cooking environment.
