Employment Duties
Under the direction of the proprietors to work as a Chef including, but not limited to:
1. Planning and changing our menu from time to time.
2. Estimating and ordering ingredients and food produce on a regular basis.
3. Examining ingredients and food produce to ensure and maintain freshness and quality.
4. Training of kitchen or other staff in the kitchen.

The successful candidate must have the minimum formal qualification to work as a Chef (by formal qualification or work experience). Job Brief
You will be leading the kitchen with the guidance of the management team of the restaurant. You will supervise and guide other chefs, sous chefs and cooks, and enforce any requirements and guidelines according to relevant standards. Job duties/Responsibilities
