Position: Chef
Location: Kirribilli, NSW 2061
Salary: $73,000 ~ $75,000 plus Superannuation
Our client, Kirribilli Pizzeria is looking for Chef to join their kitchen team
Responsible of chef might include by not limited to:
- Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
- Working closely with the executive chef to develop menu ideas
- Managing daily production and planning
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking and orderings
- Costing and controlling kitchen operations
- Managing and work closely with other Chefs to all levels
- Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
- Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between team mates
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook food based on the recipe guidelines
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Relevant Qualification
- Prior experience in a similar role/setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for cooking
