Liquid Waste Asset Management Manage the maintenance schedules and asset management of liquid waste treatment facilities, including pump servicing, aeration system servicing, and transfer system servicing. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of liquid waste treatment systems. Track and document service records and operational performance of key assets. Develop maintenance plans and schedules to prevent system downtime and improve operational efficiency. Research & Development (R&D) for Compliance Participate in R&D initiatives aimed at developing and improving products to ensure compliance with AS3500.1:2003 and other regulatory standards. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure new product designs are compliant with relevant codes and regulations. Test and evaluate new technologies and materials to enhance product performance and compliance. Quality Assurance & Certification Assist with obtaining AS1546.1 certification for products, ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to integrate relevant codes and standards into the product testing and approval processes. Prepare and maintain documentation required for certification and compliance reporting. Parts & Product QA Manage the QA process for both individual parts and complete products, ensuring that they meet performance, safety, and compliance standards. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of parts to identify defects or non-conformance with specifications. Develop and implement QA protocols to maintain high standards in both production and field installations. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all incoming parts meet company and industry standards before use in production.
