Defining and creating signage and print materials for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand image. Supervising the creation of comprehensive Campaign Communication Packs for window campaigns. Coordinating with the stock department and warehouse to ensure product availability for campaign launches. Driving local brand events to enhance brand experience and customer engagement. Supervising the development of packaging and promotional materials, ensuring they are on brand and cost-effective. Supporting individual store marketing activities through proactive strategies and collaboration with store managers. Developing strategic partnerships with key centre management to amplify local campaigns. Assisting with the marketing and promotional aspects of new store openings in retail and wholesale channels. Forecasting product requirements for promotional offers and new product launches, coordinating with the supply chain. Assisting the Marketing Director with pricing strategy and defining promotional item prices across different channels. Managing and implementing product assortments for retail, outlet, and wholesale channels. Conducting accurate and timely analysis of marketing campaigns, evaluating effectiveness, ROI, and key learnings. Supporting the Visual Merchandiser in delivering comprehensive guidelines and maintaining up-to-date schematics for events and campaigns. Ensuring marketing expenses are within budget, collaborating with the finance team, and providing post-financial analysis on marketing activities. Qualification & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a related field (may be substituted by at least five years of work experience in a related field). Experience: Mininum of 5-7 years experience in Marketing and at least two years experience within a similar role, preferably in the retail industry. Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to define and meet project deadlines. Strong communication skills and experience in managing relationships with internal stakeholders (supply chain, finance, retail team, non-retail team, boutique members) Flexible, must be able to function in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities. Team player with the ability to lead and coach a team. Strong attention to detail.
