We will count on you to:

• Showcase your deep understanding of aviation and aerospace insurance, from aircraft hull and liability; premises, products and hangar keepers liability; airport owner's liability; aviation hull war; pilot's loss of license; aircraft dealer declaration; excess liability and excess war liability; loss of use; and UAV hull and liability
• Navigate aviation claims as you collaborate with loss adjusters, underwriters and claims personnel, ensuring a smooth claims process
• Develop unwavering relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring our aviation and aerospace program aligns seamlessly with their needs and expectations
• Embrace growth opportunities, displaying your readiness to take on additional responsibilities and make independent decisions that drive success
• Tackle complex challenges with finesse, leveraging your independent and collaborative approach to devise innovative solutions.

What you need to have: 

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in aviation & aerospace insurance, with a profound knowledge of the policies listed above
• Tier 1 FSRA qualification
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse audiences and adapt your approach accordingly
• Active listening and comprehensive skills, enabling you to truly understand the nuances of our client’s needs
• Strong collaboration skills to foster strong relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.

As the Sales Associate your biggest job will be to delight and amaze our customers when they are visiting site to test drive, or when you are delivering or picking up their car. You will be supported by an enthusiastic, energetic team of people who are also customer-first, and you will receive all the necessary training you need to succeed in this role. We are looking for people with a genuine passion for customer service first and foremost - coupled with a positive outlook, and proactive “can-do” attitude. You will need a valid driver’s license for this role and be prepared to undergo a police and background check and clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Be the “face” of Cars24 to our customers when customers book a test drive at site
• Go above and beyond to delight and amaze our customers, with a warm attitude, exceptional communication skills and a highly professional demeanor - so much so that they would want to tell their friends all about their experience with Cars24
• Be able to build trust with your customers by being timely, reliable and communicative - no problem is too hard for you.
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right cars are ready for inspection, and delivered on the right delivery vehicle and route, to the right person on file, with the right specifications
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team on administrative tasks and ensure all paperwork required at the point of handover is completed smoothly, with minimal hassle
• Be willing to learn how to assess a car for delivery or pick-up; we will provide training and operating protocols to guide you
• Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in our new business - we’re writing the playbook as we go
• Customer satisfaction metrics will be your performance indicator
• Conduct test drives with customers, and be a great listener, ask the right questions and close the sale.

• Be able to action and complete condition reports with precision
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right car is delivered on the right delivery vehicle and route, to the right person, with the right specifications

About the role

Initially we are looking for someone to join our team on a 3-month contract with a view of being made permanent after the initial contract period.
