As we continue to expand our Trades operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Supervisor to lead our maintenance team to new heights. The successful candidate will have a desire to progress to Trades Supervisor as the business grows.
About the role
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled maintenance trades professionals.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximise productivity.
Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of maintenance processes and equipment.
Provide guidance on complex technical issues and troubleshooting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
About You
End-to-end Trades supervisor experience to clients through safe operation of all tradespersons, contractors, public and customers.
High levels of customer service and communication
Ensure compliance with all statutory Health, Safety, Security and Environment requirements safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and customer safety requirements.
