We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Full Time Font Office Supervisor to join our team and to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel both welcome and comfortable. A great opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent ready for their next role in Front Office.
What will you be doing?
- Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Take the lead and guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
- Assisting guests at the cafe and making coffees
- Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant, delivering food and maintaining guest accounts
- Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
