HL Landscapes are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Site Supervisors and Leading Hands to join our Sydney Construction Teams
Responsibilities and duties
-Reading and interpreting plans
-Leading a team of staff
-Supervising sub-contractors
-Maintaining quality and safety onsite.
-setting out and installing hardscape and softscape structures
-constructing gravel and paved areas, walls, fences, trellises, pergolas, ponds, barbecues and garden furniture
-preparing seedbeds and growing sites
-planting trees, bushes, hedges, flowers and bulbs
-preparing lawn areas by spreading topsoil and planting grass, and by laying instant turf
Skills and experience
-Drivers licence
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Industry White card
-Experience on civil construction sites
Advantageous but not essential
-Bobcat & Excavator licence
-First aid certificate
-HR Truck Licence
-Sound previous experience in Landscaping or trade qualified.
