JOB DESCRIPTION
Location - Rockhampton, QLD. Mon-Fri onsite.
About the Administration Supervisor Role:
As the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a multi–business unit administration team of 6 people to ensure all facets of the business are being suitably managed. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and reconciled appropriately as it comes through our internal systems.
What you’ll do:
Other duties will include (but not limited to) assisting the Business Manager, customer service, facilitating the return to work of injured employees, liaising with internal & external stakeholder and reporting.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 2+ years performing similar role managing an admin team
- Solid MS Office skills (intermediate Excel required)
- Comfortable managing, leading & motivating a team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often pressurised environment

- Prior experience in freight/transport/supply chain sectors
