Starbucks has a strong national presence on the Eastern Seaboard and ambitious growth plans to open 100 drive thru stores in the next 5 years. We are currently seeking a Network Property Analyst/Assistant Development Manager who preferably has retail/ QSR property experience to deliver our pipeline of drive-thru developments.

The Position

This role will support the Property team in developing a network strategy focusing on:

  • New drive thru store pipeline, network planning and new store location selection 
  • Research and sales estimation
  • Helping to find, evaluate, and acquire new store opportunities nationally 
  • Sourcing ideal sites to develop into new Starbucks stores based on necessary research and analysis carried out in addition to financial metrics. 
  • Day to day property tasks and administration will also form part of the role.
