You'll be responsible for: 

• Deliver best in class implementation of our paid search campaigns within the teams
• Input into planning including provision of relevant data and recommendations around search insights and search data, search recommendations and tactics
• Proactively source insights and search data to inform broader planning collaboration with the wider search team
• Assist in the development of insights for reporting, laddering up to the business and human outcomes
• Support Search Managers and Directors across the team to deliver client deliverables

The person we're looking for is: 

• 2+ years’ working experience across at least 2 channels (search, analytics, search tools and platforms)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of search platforms, tools and bid management
• Demonstrable knowledge of Search & bid management tools e.g. SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEM Rush, Microsoft Bing 
• Knowledge of Adserving, campaign management and other industry platforms is desirable
• Proven ability and demonstrating of exceeding campaign objectives
• Attention to detail that is second to none
• Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box
• A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others

ROLE PURPOSE

The Digital Activation Executive is responsible for ensuring that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building strong relationships with them. They are also responsible for supporting, coaching and training the Coordinators and Executives in the team ensuring their outputs meet expectations.

The Digital Activation Executive works closely with their Managers and Directors to ensure best in class Paid Search and Paid Social solutions are delivered to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Implementation

• Full ownership of day-to-day workflow on tier 1, 2 & 3 clients. Engaging Manager/Directors when required, ensuring no basic errors and strong performance. This includes:
  • Reviewing and responding to client briefs. Ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of Google and Facebook campaigns.
  • Full responsibility for the accuracy of implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.
  • Full responsibility for the accuracy of reporting, with the development of clear insights, ensuring the client has a clear understanding of the impact of their investment on their business.

Client

• Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables.
• Full responsibility for ensuring we are in the best possible position to hit designated client’s business KPI’s.
• Focused on building strong professional relationship with clients.
• Complete ownership of tier 2 & 3 clients and significant involvement in assisting on Tier 1 clients.
• Full ownership of Tier 1, 2 & 3 client roadmaps.

Team & Communication

• Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.
• Managing Execs & Coordinators on a day to day basis - educates & motivates to help develop skills and responsibilities.
• Working closely with Managers and Directors to ensure quality control processes are adhered to
• Sharing of knowledge, innovations and insights with the wider team.

Administration

• Full accountability for monthly invoicing ensuring no errors and timely completion.
• Reconciles budgets and executes any changes that may be required.
• Forecasts spend and revenue, flagging any potential over servicing/under servicing with Director.

YOUR SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years experience in a digital media role working on either paid search or paid social channels
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media marketing, backed by relevant experience
• Preferably a University degree or higher education qualifications
• Expert understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape
• Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent ability to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting

The position is responsible for the professional and cost effective running of the housekeeping department achieving high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas within the hotel.

You will:

• Oversee the cleaning of guestrooms and public areas ensuring standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Ensure that room cleaning productivity is monitored closely and maintained at the level set by the General Manager.
• Establish performance targets for productivity and expenditure ensuring that the department achieves these targets.
• Respond to guest feedback and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
• Lead the Housekeeping team, providing regular feedback on performance and standards. Recruit and onboard new team members effectively.
• Work closely with all operational departments, supporting a culture of positive collaboration across the resort.
