Main tasks:

The primary task for a Clinical Coder / Health Administrator centers around the meticulous coding of clinical information via our specialized software system. Which is fundamental to our operational and business processes. A detailed understanding of our business workflow is paramount, as it ensures that the transition to our upcoming web application will be seamless and efficient.

The Clinical Coder is tasked with carefully abstracting and analyzing patient medical records to guarantee data integrity, a process that paves the way for a smooth system migration. About the role

As an Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for Level 2 Application and Technical Support of Global Payments production applications and services. Roles and Responsibilities: 

Customer Care 

• Manage and process customer Enquires, quotes and spare parts orders. 
• Create cases and work orders for all Field Service Representative (FSE) work.

Parts Support 

• Timely response to quotations, technical enquiries, and requests for information. 
• Expedite customer orders to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction. 
• Ordering stock for customer spare parts orders, with internal and external suppliers, manage receipting into system. 
• Picking and packing and arrange shipping of spare parts orders. 
• Create work orders for service requests ensure we have purchase orders for all service visits. 
• Create RMA and manage return process for warranty and repair orders, including external supplier repairs. 

 

Administration & Organisation 

• Complete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Observe and comply with Tomra’s code of conduct.

• Provide weekly report of assigned KPI /SLA metrics.

About the role:

Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role will support the operations, sales, and distribution for the parts department and will oversee daily operations, from ordering and receiving stock to packing shipments, ensuring timely completion of sales and orders, and distribution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries and manage customer expectations regarding part pricing and availability
• Ensure timely execution of daily parts activities, including sales, back orders, forward orders, stock transfers, and distribution
• Supports precise inventory management and maintains parts department cleanliness and organizes proper shelving for all components
• Stays informed about new products, product updates, and changes, as well as improvements and removals of existing parts
• Inputs invoices and raising of purchase orders while ensuring prompt completion of purchases, sales receipts, and credits
• Cultivate strong bonds with our valued customers
