The Customer Success Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of Customer Success (CS) accounts and developing a team of Success Architects (SAs), Platform Architects (PAs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) across ServiceNow’s Customer Success Clients. The Sr. Manager will develop senior executive relationships across the portfolio of accounts as well as with ServiceNow sales and partner leadership. About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing essential services to people across Australia on behalf of our Australian Federal Government client. In this role you'll be operating in a dynamic team environment with a focus on meeting quality outcomes for customers.

Operating Hours
We have both full time and casual opportunities available, required availability for the casual roles is a minimum of 20 hours per week across our operating hours.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 7:30pm on a rotating roster with flexibility to support all of your out of work commitments.
