Key Responsibilities
Create, improve and maintain HR policies and processes
Manage the entire recruitment process and ensure clear communication with employees and managers.
Provide follow-up support for employee relations cases, helping to resolve issues with care and sensitivity.
Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, collaborating with leadership to drive positive outcomes.
Take on more strategic responsibilities, such as offering leadership coaching
About You
You have HR experience in professional services and bring a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills
