Details: The Transport Canberra Recruitment and Training Team are looking to fill the Assistant Director, Recruitment position. Reporting to the Director, Training and Recruitment, the Assistant Director will lead and manage the Recruitment team to meet operational requirements.
The ideal applicant will have strong communication and management skills and the ability to think outside the box on how recruitment is designed and delivered while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Stakeholder engagement both within Bus Operations and across ACT government is essential to the success of this role, including the ability to analyse stakeholder requirements and workshop solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
