Arnhem Land Pest Control in Nhulunbuy NT is looking for an experienced Truck Driver for a permanent full-time position to join their team.
Responsibilities
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Administrative Officer in assisting with the preparation, distribution and reconciliation of all commercial pesticide business licenses and public agency permits. Ensure effective communication between customer service representatives, technicians and customers in scheduling service and addressing concerns.
Main Duties
• Supervises, develops and implements procedures and work methods and schedules job priorities and activities
• Supervise secretarial activities by providing guidance and training on office procedures, data entry, procurements, billing, collections, typing correspondences, and administrative policies and procedures.
• Process pesticide licenses, permits, certificates and registrations.
• Provide office supervisory support by supervising and coordination secretarial and clerical support functions for the Pesticide Regulation Section.
• Ability to handle billing inquiries and attend to account payable/receivable, run daily reports and manage record keeping.
• Manage the schedule and routing for our Pest Management Technicians, confirm appointments with clients and organise work orders/invoices.
• Accounts Receivable, including preparing and posting deposits, invoicing and generating monthly statements.
• Stay aware of current industry trends, products and equipment.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisition; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
1. Degree holder of any Business Administration course or finance related course
2. Excellent reading and language comprehension
3. Exceptional communication skills
4. Ability to coach and guide customer service staff
5. Supervisory experience preferably
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
Essential Skills:
1. Supply management, tracking budget expenses, delegation, managing processes, developing standards, promoting process improvement, inventory control, reporting skills.
2. Attention to details and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
3. Have good time management and leadership skills
4. Have an ability to clearly and effectively communicate with different cultures
5. Ability to work with a team at all levels

A remuneration package between $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
