The VIP Services Executive assists with managing VIP & Loyalty guests, ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences whilst responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
This role supports the VIP Services Team Leader, by performing administrative duties including;
- Tracking and coordinating guest check-in,
- Assisting with VIP & Loyalty reservations, and
- Updating guest profiles with key information about their preferences and purpose of their stay.
It is essential to develop and manage strong working relationship with all departments to support and coordinate daily operations, achieve business outcomes, and to expedite the resolution of any guest complaints that may arise. The VIP Services Executive is responsible for the flow of communication relating to VIP guest activity and movements, special requirements and amenities.
