An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team to develop sales opportunities, generate leads, covert quotes to orders and offer customers a high level of support.

Key task and responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing sales strategies, targets and opportunities within market portfolios
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies promoting company’s goods and services and increasing the use of company’s
goods and services
• Develop and present proposals and presentations to customers
• Responsible for maintaining existing customers and market share
• Conduct project follow-up and contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
• Develop and implement strategies to improve and preserve company’s image and reputation
• Responsible for general sales tasks such as customer database management, quotes, sales orders, and maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction
• Prepare reports and other business documents as needed
• Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
To be considered you must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and business development management
• Exposure to poly pipe industry and product knowledge
• High attention, accuracy and excellent organization and time management skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative-taking and a positive 'can do' attitude
