Strong BA or similar with a background in scoping and executing business initiatives as part of a transformation, strategy or M&A team, is required for this highly respected financial institution as they move toward a planned merger. Position Overview This is a newly created role within the companys Strategy Implementation and Value Delivery Team (sitting within group strategy and transformation). A highly visible team to the CEO and board, we are responsible for the planning and execution of all business initiatives in the lead up to (and beyond) our planned merger with another institution. The role is for a skilled consultant, business analyst or business process improvement analyst with a strong background in commerce, finance, M&A, business management, strategy or similar, to scope, coordinate and deliver on initiatives pertaining to the merger.
