Maxwell Recruitment is currently seeking applications from trade-qualified fitters for a short-term project based in Beresfield. The work involves underground longwall overhaul and will be commencing in early August including 50-hour work weeks on day and afternoon shift with full loading on overtime.
The Benefits:
Excellent pay rates over $55/hr plus full penalties & Overtime scheduled
Afternoon shift available paying over $63/hr

Dismantle, inspect, report and rebuild longwall
Hydraulic hosing
Gearbox overhauls
Fitting valves
The Requirements;
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitters
Experience in overhaul and assembly of heavy equipment is desirable
Basic Hydraulics experience is desirable
Longwall overhaul experience is desirable
Fitters of any background or strong mechanical TAs are encouraged to apply.
