Project Officer (Manufacturing)

Our client is a multinational scientific product company and empower scientists to solve for complex analytical challenges. They are currently seeking for a Project Officer to join their Adelaide team.
As a Project Officer, you will coordinate various functions to deliver successful projects for their customers in the competitive Minerals Processing market, where time-to-market is critical. Your role will involve developing strategies with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects on time and within budget. You will act as the primary customer interface, collaborating daily with engineering and production teams to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication with customers regarding their project status.
Responsibilities

Define and agree on the scope of work with internal stakeholders and customers, including expectations around quality and on-time delivery, and represent the business at kick-off meetings.
Maintain clear project documentation, ensuring transparency regarding status, milestones, and customer demands.
