About the role Liebherr-Australia has a rare career opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Business Partner ready for their next career opportunity. Based at our Perth facility and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner in Adelaide, you will partner with Senior Managers and stakeholders by providing timely and effective guidance, coaching and support to execute HR/IR and Organisational Development initiatives and processes.
Duties
Providing timely and effective HR services and support to internal customers
Coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven culture
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (including the Fair Work Act , the National Employment Standards and applicable modern awards)
Support the National Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of Liebherrs national HR strategy and initiatives such as; Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
