ABOUT GM and IMC On 29th August , Illawarra Metallurgical Coal (IMC) ownership changed from South32 to Gear M Illawarra Met Coal Pty Ltd trading as GM3. For an interim period between September to February , South32 will continue to provide recruitment services on behalf of GM.
