Help people living with illness, disability, or injury return to work or obtain new employment and live the best life they can!
- Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce;
- Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence;
- Varied client groups for variety in your workday and caseload
- Apply and deliver customer service in employment services and job placement;
- Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment;
- Broker new employment opportunities in the ACT area and surrounds, which in turn provide a swift re-engagement into employment for workers who have been detached from the workplace due to a workplace injury (physical and/or psychological);
- Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations;
- Complete written progress and various other reports on a regular basis.
- Assist in developing written Labour Market Research reports and brokering vocational programs that support return to work outcomes
