This role involves working closely with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to manage schedules, prepare documentation, and monitor deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the dispatch of finished products to clients
Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery notes
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients to resolve any delivery issues.
