About the role
Consult and engage with key staff to facilitate quality health related supports for Sylvanvale clients. Oversee implementation of the NDIS High Intensity Skill Descriptor Dysphagia Support through the upskilling of Sylvanvale workers.
Responsibilities will include:
Support managers to develop or obtain effective personal support plans to meet client needs and the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standard.
Provide guidance and advice about the quality of Mealtime Management Plans and their implementation.
