We have a new role for a Commercial Property Officer to strategically manage and optimise the Council's property portfolio through effective acquisition, disposal, and management of council-owned land and property assets.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the management and optimization of the Councils land and property portfolio. You will be instrumental in identifying and developing innovative projects and investment opportunities that not only benefit the community but also create alternative income streams for the Council.
