The opportunity
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. As well as:
Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency
Implement preventive maintenance programs to proactively identify and address equipment issues before they occur
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimise production disruptions
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritise maintenance tasks and support production schedules
