Application Support Analyst
Are you passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of critical business applications? We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide dynamic support, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of client-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a software assessor, identifying and solving issues in critical business systems.
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Conduct system performance analysis and recommend enhancements.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
Monitor application performance and integrate data feeds with dashboards.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supported applications.
Adhere to IT Delivery Standards, procedures, and runbooks.
