Title: WSO Technical Support
Salary range: AUD 70,000 – 85,000/year
Responsibilities:
• The role provides incident support, business analysis, and technical analysis. Investigate, diagnose problems, and resolve issues. Identify potential solutions for further working with other internal teams
• Work with colleagues and external partners for issues requiring escalation and manage the case through resolution
• Take an active role in developing and improving the product by providing feedback to product teams and improving internal processes.
• Maintains up-to-date awareness of the current and future directions of product initiatives

The ideal candidate is inquisitive and quick learner of new technologies and financial products, while effectively communicating and engaging clients. They are detail-oriented, enjoy finding solutions for complex issues, and have the ability to provide step-by-step solutions.
• Track record showing ownership of identifying and analyzing problems, evaluating options, and deploying sound decision making skills
• Able to organize self, including effective scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, completing tasks to tight deadlines
• Displays a resilient and adaptable style, track record of remaining calm in demanding circumstances, adjusting comfortably to changing conditions / priorities
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident and articulate presenter to internal audiences
• Good to have - Experience with WSO, Syndicated Loans, and SQL
